My first wedding in the windy city!
Monique reached out to me back in November of last year inquiring about photography for her late June wedding, it seems like so long ago and I couldn’t believe her day was finally here!
She described how her day would look perfectly to me, boho theme, pretty intimate with minimal guests and only 2 bridesmaids/2 groomsmen, and after looking at photos of her venue, Loft Lucia, I was so excited for this day to get here!
Arriving at the venue everything looked exactly as Monique had described it would. An urban venue in the West loop of Chicago, lots of beautiful exposed brick, oversized industrial windows that let in so much beautiful natural light and a rooftop terrace, ample greenery and florals, lit candles and a beautiful naked 3 tier cake. I could go on and on how beautiful everything turned out, her vision for this day truly came to life. Scroll on for some of my favorite shots of the day!
