Hidden Hollow Farms, Crawfordsville, Indiana
What a beautiful “sweet” day for Mr. & Mrs. Sweet!
There were so many unique parts about Braden & Karla’s day. To name off just a few, Braden gave Karla’s daughter, Alexia, a ring of her own as well as stated some vows to her during the ceremony and announced she would also be becoming a Sweet. Alexia was also apart of Braden & Karla’s sand ceremony, where they each poured a cup of sand into a jar symbolizing the combining into one family. What a special illustration of them all becoming one!
I also loved how Karla & Braden combined their Mexican/American cultures together for their big day in many different ways. They had a bilingual officiant for the ceremony who spoke in both English & Spanish for the entire ceremony, as well as a bilingual DJ. They served a delicious Mexican cuisine for dinner as well as a couple different assortments of traditional Mexican drinks and also had a mix of different music during the reception. Such a fun time!
One of my favorite parts about the entire day is that Karla & Braden did a first look before the ceremony, shared hand written vows during that as well as many tears, and we also got all photos done including family BEFORE the ceremony even started.
I can’t tell you how stress free everyone was to have all of this done and to be able to just head right into the reception immediately after the ceremony! It worked out so well and Braden & Karla were able to enjoy time with their guests and the reception to its fullest. It was actually a really lucky thing that we did get all photos done beforehand, because almost immediately after the ceremony ended the rain began and everyone had to make a quick run for it to get inside!
