Mr & Mrs Leum: A Wedding Day at Ritz Charles Ballroom in Carmel, IN

Amanda & Hunter, I truly don’t think I’ve met a couple as joyful as these two! Always a smile on their face and their love for each other just radiates. I felt so lucky to be apart of this wedding day.

The day began at Hawthorns Country Club in Fishers where the girls got hair and makeup done. About an hour and a half prior to the ceremony we made our way to the ceremony site-The Holy Spirit Parish at Geist-where the girls got into their dresses and the guys did some finishing touches for getting ready. Amanda & Hunter also shared a “first touch” just before the ceremony as well as got an opportunity to read each other’s hand written vows. I always love these first touch moments!

The ceremony was beautiful and ended with bubble exit right outside of the church. After that, the bridal party hopped onto the party bus and headed to the Ritz for formal photos. It did rain on Amanda & Hunter’s wedding day but we did not let that get us down! Luckily, the Ritz has amazing photo spots even when it’s raining. I always say it’s one of the best venues to have a rainy wedding day at! We took all our formal portraits under the awning just outside of the Ritz Ballroom where the cocktail/reception was held.

The reception portion of the evening was so much fun. Filled with a delicious plated dinner, drinks, desserts and LOTS of mingling and dancing! The dance floor was full just about the entire evening. I’d say Amanda & Hunter’s wedding day was a huge success!
