Paige and Elliott have officially tied the knot, as of August 7, 2021!
The Ford wedding day began at Meridian Street Methodist Church in Indianapolis. This church was special to them because Elliott’s grandmother got married here. Elliott and Paige shared their vows in front of their friends and family complete with a unity sand ceremony playing the instrumental version of Lion King’s “Can you feel the love tonight” and all. Who doesn’t love a little Disney especially on a fairytale wedding day! I can’t tell you how beautiful this church was inside and out, I could have stayed there for hours photographing this gorgeous couple and wedding party, but our time was running a bit short so we just had the make the best of it!
I have to talk about the bride & groom gifts they gave each other because each was just so sentimental and unique. Elliott gifted Paige with a diamond necklace, the diamond of which was the stone on the ring Elliott’s father gave his mother when they were married. Paige gifted Elliott with “Home Plate Cufflinks” that were made with authentic stadium seat wood from the previous Yankee Stadium dated 1923-2008. Elliott is a big Yankees fan, so you can imagine the HUGE grin on his face when he opened these cufflinks.
After the ceremony, we traveled to Fishers for the reception at The Bluffs at Connor Prairie. I had not been to the Bluffs yet, but knowing it is partnered with the Ritz Charles I knew it could not disappoint. It did not! This venue is just as stunning and upscale as all other Ritz Charles venues and we loved getting the opportunity to photograph a wedding day here.
Paige & Elliott served a delicious plated dinner, cut the cake, enjoyed some special dances as newlyweds as well as with their parents and then partied the night away! They are now off at a Sandals Resort in Jamaica enjoying their honeymoon as well as being out of the country together for the first time ever!
Such a fun-filled, lovely day to celebrate the new Fords and I’m so excited to share some highlights from their day!
